Never forget the tragic event 50 years ago today at Kent State University when Ohio National Guardsmen fired 67 rounds within 13 seconds into a crowd of students. Some were protesting the Vietnam War escalation announced a few days earlier and others were just walking to and from their classes. 4 were killed and 9 were wounded. <\/p>\n
