Aprils’s Book Buddy is available April 1st, while supplies last!
My fur is fluffy and my ears are long, but they are perfect for listening as you read along. I will sit very still, while you read your book. If the story has pictures, I’d love to have a look. Bunnies enjoy books, just as much as you. Keep collecting your Reading Buddies and soon you’ll have a zoo!
Adopt a Book Buddy
Join the Book Buddy Club for Young Readers Pre-k through 4th grade.
The buddies come with a poem and adoption certificate. Children can collect a new buddy each month through June 2021. April’s Buddy is a soft bunny, who loves to listen to stories with his long ears.
The buddy encourages your child to read with and to them. Reading to a stuffed animal has been shown to increase reading comprehension and confidence.
Call ahead to pick-up curbside and collect the first Book Buddy (while supplies last).
Your child will receive:
- A Different Book Buddy Stuffed Animal Each Month Through June 2021
- An Adoption Certificate For Each Buddy
- Unique Poem Collector’s Card for Each Buddy
*Book Buddies may only be adopted when you borrow a book bundle or at least three children’s books at one time. Limit one book buddy per child/month. Need a library card? Contact us!
