Tom Despenes is an Investigator for the Ashtabula County Coroner’s Office, serving the public in this role for the past 8 years. A retired Sergeant in the Roaming Shores Police Department, Tom had a 23-year police career prior to becoming an Investigator.
During this free program, Tom will describe how he investigates a crime scene that involves a death. Learn about the tools and methods he uses, as he helps dispel some common misconceptions about his job.
