Fall is when the fruits of our vegetable gardens ripen their seed for the next generation. Stephanie Blessing, of Red Beet Row Education Farm, will show you how and when to collect and store seed from common vegetable plants. She will demonstrate methods for seed cleaning, and explain the trickeries of cross-pollination.
